A Novelty woman, 97-year-old Shirley Beers died on Friday at an area care center.

HURDLAND graveside service for 97-year-old Shirley Beers of Novelty will be Thursday morning at 10:30 at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Hurdland. Arrangements are under the direction of Travis Funeral Chapel in LaPlata.
