Salsa suggestions...

Mrs. Wages salsa mix in a can
cook with diced tomatoes

15 lbs tomatoes
5 lbs onions
2.5 lbs green peppers
handful of jalepenos
1/2 cup of salt
1/4 cup black pepper
2 cups of vinegar

chop all, strain tomatoes, low boil for 30 min., in pint jars give hot water bath
for 10 min, yield 16-18 pints
