"Corn Dog Muffins"

Ingredients:
2 pkgs Jiffy corn bread muffin mix
2 large eggs
2 hot dogs
1 can creamed corn

Directions:
Slice hot dogs into 4-6 strips, then cut into cubes.
Pour dry corn muffin mixes into a bowl and add hot dog pieces and coat well.
Once the hot dog cubes are coated, add both eggs and mix well, then add creamed corn.
Spray a muffin pan and pour in the batter, then bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

"Soda Cracker Pie Crust"

Ingredients:
3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
12 small soda crackers, crushed
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff, then gradually beat in sugar and add crackers immediately.
Add in remaining ingredients, then pour into a greased pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Fill with your favorite pudding, or whipped cream and fresh fruit
