Mama T's Sloppy Joes
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef (can substitute with turkey or other ground meat)
1 medium onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. white vinegar
1 cup brown sugar (less if you'd like less sweetness)
1 dash mustard
ketchup to taste (start with 2 cups)
Directions:
Brown and drain ground beef, then add chopped onion and sweat it a bit.
Season with salt and pepper, then add white vinegar, brown sugar, and mustard.
Add ketchup - start with about two cups, then add according to desired taste and thickness. You can eyeball this if you'd like.
Once the taste is right, cover and simmer on medium low heat 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. If sauce is too thick, add a little water.

Is there a recipe for a pie crust made with soda crackers?
request, has a custard recipe that includes coconut...what can you substitute for the coconut?
Make it like it calls for, save the coconut and use banana, some cocoa with liquid, brown sugar
If it is dry coconut as part of the crust, could always substitute liquid coconut flavor to retain taste.
