-BABY RAYS
-CHICKEN BREAST, LITTLE SALT WATER, GREEK SEASONING, COUPLE DROPS OF HOT SAUCE, SOAK OVERNIGHT, DRAIN (OTHER MEAT AS WELL)
-WORCHESTERSHIRE OR SOY SAUCE, CUT IT HALF AND HALF WITH WATER, MARINATE OVERNIGHT
-TONY FANCHER CAYON CREOLE PUT ON STEAK, WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND YELLOW MUSTARD

"Chicken Roll Up"

package of Canadian bacon
6 slices of regular bacon
6 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 small carton of sour cream
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
2 small cans of mushroom pieces, drained
2-3 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

9 by 13 glass dish sprayed with PAM. Line the pan with Canadian bacon, pound out the chicken breast till thin, handful of mushrooms and cheese on top of chicken breast, spread it around, salt, pepper and garlic powder sprinkle on each chicken breast, and carefully wrap up chicken breast around everything, take a slice of bacon and wrap around the chicken breast after you roll up and secure with toothpicks, put chicken breast on top of Canadian bacon, mix a carton of sour cream with mushroom soup, and whatever mushrooms left mix in and pour over chicken breast, sprinkle with shredded cheese, cover with foil, bake at 350, for 45 minutes. Take the foil off, and let it bake another 15-20 minutes.
Serve with wild rice or regular rice.

request, "butter bars" made with sweet butter

"Butter Bars"

1 box yellow cake mix
1 8 oz cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 box of powdered sugar

Mix cake mix and melted margarine with a fork, place in 9 by 13 pan, beat together the cream cheese, eggs and all the powdered sugar except 1/4th cup. Pour over cake mix, and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. When out of the oven, sprinkle with remaining powdered sugar.
