Services for an 83 year-old Monroe City resident, Emma Porter, will be Saturday, March 13 at 10am at the Garner Funeral Chapel in Monroe City, burial in the St. Jude Cemetery in Monroe City. Visitation will be from 5pm until 7pm Friday at the funeral home.
