MIAA NCAA Qualifiers




     Newly crowned MIAA Tournament champion Nebraska-Omaha, regular season champion Central Missouri, Fort Hays State and Missouri Western have received bids to the 2010 NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Championship. Midwestern State, in Wichita Falls, Texas, is the host site for the South Central Regional. The eight regional tournament winners will advance to the D2 "Elite Eight" in Springfield, Massachusetts, March 24-27th.

     MIAA regular season and tournament champion Washburn along with Central Missouri and Emporia State have earned spots in the field of 64 teams for the 2010 NCAA Division II Women's Basketball Championship. West Texas A & M, in Canyon, Texas, is the South Central Regional host site. The regional champions will advance to the NCAA Women's Elite Eight March 23-26th at St. Joseph Civic Arena in St. Joseph, Missouri. Missouri Western State University will host the Elite Eight.
