request, breakfast casserole that can be frozen

"Sausage and Egg Casserole"

1 lb sausage, mild
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese or longhorn cheese
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
6 beaten eggs
2 or 3 slices of bread torn in pieces
2 cups milk

Brown the sausage and drain well. Mix the sausage cooled with the rest of the ingredients; pour into a greased 8 by 8 casserole dish. Let it stand overnight in the frig (if fixing the next day), or can freeze (before cooking). Take out of freezer, bake for 45 minutes at 350 (make sure it is thawed well).

request, simple peanut butter sheetcake recipe and peanut butter flavored icing on top

2 cups flour sifted
2 cups sugar
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil
1 and 1/2 sticks of butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup water, warm
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla

Mix dry ingredients in a 2 quart mixing bowl and set aside. In a sauce pan, boil the oil, butter, peanut butter and water for a couple minutes and pour the mixture over dry ingredients and mix; add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla and mix well. Pour the batter into a greased 11 by 15 by 1 inch sheet cake pan and bake for 15-18 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

(icing)
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup extra crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1 tsp vanilla

While the cake is baking, combine milk, sugar and butter in a sauce pan, boil and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and marshmallows, stir until melted and add vanilla. Pour over cake and spread to cover. Icing will thicken as it cools.
