1 and 1/2 lbs ground venison
3 large onions, diced
1 large green pepper, diced
1 16-oz can tomatoes
2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp pepper
1 and 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 small red pepper, diced
1/2 cup chopped chiles (optional)
Preheat oven to 350; in a large skillet, cook and stir meat, onions and green peppers until meat is brown and vegetables tender. Drain off the fat and stir in tomatoes, salt, pepper, chili powder, red pepper and optional chiles. Heat through and pour into a covered casserole dish. Bake one hour stirring a couple times while cooking.

shredded cheese (your choice)

Brown the meat, boil the noodles, mix all together, put in dish, spread cheese.

request, homemade blueberry or blackberry cheesecake
"Blackberry Cheesecake"
(for cheesecake)
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust, (purchased)
Mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, vanilla and cream cheese and beat until smooth; spoon into prepared crust and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes and let cool.
(topping)
6 cups of blackberries, divided
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp corn starch
1/2 cup water
Mash enough berries to measure 1 cup of pulp. Combine sugar and corn starch, gently stir in water and crushed berries, cook over medium heat stirring constantly until the mixture boils and thickens. Boil and stir one minute longer, after, add remaining berries, cool the mixture. Top the cheesecake with the berry topping, and chill until ready to serve.
makes 6 -8 servings
loaf of French or Italian bread, sliced lengthwise
pint of Hellman's mayo
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
mix the mayo, onions and cheese together, put in some garlic powder (your choice), spread over both halves of bread, bake at 350 uncovered, for 15-20 minutes
