Tuesday's elections in Missouri will once again proceed under the watchful eye of federal prosecutors and the FBI. Members of these organizations will be on hand at polling places and field offices to investigate allegations of wrongdoing. Eastern Missouri prosecutor Rich Callahan says complications are rare.
