After receiving testimony from four prosecution witnesses Wednesday morning, the 2nd Degree Murder Case of 26-year-old Cassidy King has been bound over to Randolph County Circuit Court.Associate Circuit Judge Mason Gebhardt set King's arraignment for October 24th, at 1:30 in the Huntsville Justice Center. Randolph County Prosecuting Attorney Mike Fusselman charged King with the murder of her newborn baby, listed in court records as B.K.....

The most compelling testimony came from Jamie Miles, who broke down while giving her description of the duffle bag she found and the contents, a newborn baby. Prosecutor Fusselman expects the Defense attorney, John Roodhouse of Columbia, to file for a change of venue....

Roodhouse told GoodRadio News that, after he talks with Cassidy King, he plans to recommend both a Change of Venue, and a waiver of the arraignment on October 24th.Randolph County Presiding Judge Scott Hayes has the King case, at this point.
The newborn male child was found in a pond near Higbee in a dufflebag; the homicide appearently happened betwen April 15th and May 8th.Dr Addison told the Court Wednesday morning that in his opinion, the child died from "the inability to breathe."
