DARR FOUND GUILTY IN ADAIR CO.

63-year old David Darr of Marceline was found guilty Friday of three counts of Statutory Sodomy in the First Degree and one count of Child Molestation in the first degree by an Adair County Circuit Court jury.
Linn County Prosecutor Tracy Carlson says the charges were based on incidents that occured in Darr's Marceline home between June 9th of 2007 and July 5th of 2009.
The investigation was conducted by the Marceline Police Department.
Darr was taken into custody Friday afternoon following the trial in Kirksville and will remain in custody of the Adair County Sheriff's Department until the sentencing hearing set for November 9th in Adair County before Judge Russell Steele.
Carlson says Darr will be required to serve a minimum of 10-years with the Missouri Department of Corrections.
