Randolph County Sheriff Mark Nichols says an individual in Moberly led deputies on a vehicle pursuit through the city and onto county roads at about 10:45 Wednesday morning.
Nichols says a deputy observed an individual known to have a revoked driver's license, and needing a protection order served against him, driving down Franklin Street. When the Deputy attempted to initiate a traffic stop the individual fled, starting a chase over approximately 5 miles through the city, passing near Rothwell Park, behind the MACC Activity Center, and eventually west on Fisk Avenue and onto county roads...
