Two Columbia residents, along with two Hannibal residents were arrested Saturday evening as a result of a search warrant executed by the Boone County Sherriff's Department. According the report, at 6:15 pm Saturday, officers served the warrant at 3251 North Locust Grove Church Road in Boone County after information was obtained from witnesses reporting suspicious activity by the tenants at that address. Arriving officers observed evidence of a meth lab and the warrant was obtained. Four subjects were arrested: 29 year-old Nicholas Powell, of Columbia, was charged with Manufacturing a controlled Substance - Methamphetamine, 19 year-old Jade Lewis, of Columbia, was arrested for Manufacturing a Controlled Substance - Methamphetamine, 3rd Degree Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer, and resisting arrest. 19 year-old Haily Robinson, of Hannibal, was arrested for felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, and 20 year-old Michael Robinson of Hannibal was charged with Manufacturing a Controlled Substance - Methamphetamine, as well as two warrants from the state of Illinois for a Parole violation in regard to an original charge of methamphetamine conspiracy and Failure to Appear on a charge of unlawful procurement of Anhydrous Ammonia. Deputies recovered all components of an active and ongoing methamphetamine operation as well as a significant amount of the finished product and paraphernalia.
All four were still being held in the Boone County Jail at last report.
