"Granny Smith Apple Dessert"
1 Granny Smith apple
1 tube crescent rolls
1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup Mountain Dew soda
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and core apple then slice into 8 slices. Microwave apple slices for 2 minutes on a paper towel. Wrap each apple slice in a crescent roll and place in an 8" by 8" dish. Melt butter or margarine and brown sugar together but do not boil. Pour over the rolls. Then pour 1 cup Mountain Dew over the mixture and bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool some before serving.

"Cake Mix Cheesecake"
1 box two-layer yellow or white cake mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
3 eggs
1 & 1/2 cup chocolate chips, divided
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup pecans, chopped
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine cake mix and butter in a large bowl and beat until crumbly. Reserve one cup of this mixture. Press remaining crumbs into bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides of a 10-inch spring form pan.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla in a large bowl and mix well. Add eggs and beat with electric mixer for 2 minute. Stir in 1 cup of chocolate chips by hand. Pour this filling over crust that is in spring form pan.
Combine reserved cup of crumbs with brown sugar, pecans, and 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Sprinkle over cream cheese filling. Bake at 325 degrees for 65 to 75 minutes or until center of cheesecake is set and top is golden.
Cool 30 minutes, loosen from sides of pan with a thin knife before removing pan. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving and store remainder in refrigerator.

"Apple Cranberry Pie"
3 cups sliced peeled apples
2 cups fresh cranberries
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp butter
Combine all ingredients and put in a pie crust and bake for 1 hour at 350.

(for a 9 inch pie)
3/4 to 1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg
6-7 cups sliced peeled apples
1 1/2 tbsp butter
Heat the oven to 425. Mix the sugar and cinnamon (or nutmeg). Mix slightly through the apples. Put in crust. Dot with butter. Top with crust, with slits cut into it. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until crust is brown.

(question) can you beer butt chicken in the oven
YES, SAME AS ON THE GRILL, BUT NEED THE RACK TO PUT CHICKEN ON....325 DEGREES FOR A COUPLE HOURS...BUTTER THE CHICKEN AND SALT AND PEPPER AND CAN USE BARBEQUE SAUCE, STILL PLACE BEER CAN INTO THE CHICKEN
want suggestions for a machine a listener bought, like a "Magic Bullet"
need a salad recipe called 2-4-6, knows it has onions, apples and pickles (need dressing)
