Congresswoman Hartzler Has Concerns With COVID Bill

Congresswoman Vicky Hartzler has a number of concerns with the COVID relief package, that the House approved, and is now under consideration in the Senate. The Republican lawmaker says only nine percent of the funding in the bill actually goes to COVID relief.
Two House Democrats also voted against the bill.
