"Mom's Recipe for Caramel Corn"
2 cups brown sugar
2 sticks of oleo
1/2 cup white syrup
Pinch of salt
Boil sugar, oleo, syrup, and salt for 5 minutes stirring often. Remove from heat and add 1/2 tsp. soda. Stir well....Will be kind of foamy...Pour over gallon or gallon and half of popped corn. Put in large flat pan or 2 pans, so its easy to stir. Place in 250 degree oven for one hour. Stir well every 15 minutes.

4 cups of beef broth
2 cups of water
1 can of stewed tomatoes
1 can of pizza sauce
1/2 tsp of salt
small onion, cut up
Mix all together (except meatballs), bring to a boil beef broth, and put in one can of kidney beans drained; 2 cups of sliced cabbage (he used slaw mix), 1 can sliced carrots, can of Italian green beans, add the meatballs, reducing to a medium heat and let simmer for an hour.

"Summer Sausage (with venison)"
5 lbs of ground deer meat
5 tsp of tender quick salt
2 and a half tbsp of mustard seed
2 and a half tsp of garlic salt
1 tbsp of hickory smoked salt
(optional) 1 lb of pork sausage
don't substitute anything
use a meat grinder to grind the deer meat
Combine all the ingredients, cover and let stand in refrigerator for 3 days, stir everyday, 4th day stir it and roll into long rows (use saran wrap), place rows on a wire rack or shallow pan, cook (oven as low as it goes) usually 6 to 8 hours, turn over once while baking (4 hours).

"Macaroni and Cheese"
2 and a half cups of water (bring to a boil)
1 cup of macaroni
(electric stove) turn to low, stir 2 or 3 times
use Velveeta Cheese (2 lb box, slice off 2 fairly thick slices, and cut it up)
