MOBLERY MOTHER PLEADS GUILTY FOR SUPPLYING ALCOHOL TO MINORS




A Moberly woman, 42 year-old Donna Hogan pled guilty yesterday (Monday) in Randolph County Associate Circuit Court to four misdemeanor counts of Supplying Liquor to a Minor or Intoxicated Person, following an underage drinking party in the 400 block of Union Avenue in Moberly on Saturday, September 7th.

As previously reported, Moberly Police were called to the party and detained a 14 year-old female and 15 year-old male for Minor in Possession, and arrested a 17 year-old male on a similar charge. A 16 year-old female that was present at the party had to be transported to the hospital by ambulance for treatment due to her high level of intoxication. During the investigation it was determined that Hogan had allegedly supplied the alcohol to the teenagers and she was subsequently charged.

Following her guilty plea, 42 year-old Donna Hogan was sentenced to 60 days in jail for each count with a suspended execution of sentence, 2 years of private probation, She is banned from any contact with alcohol, has to submit to testing at any time, and was ordered to have no one under the age of 18 in her home or on her property except her daughter.
