RANDOLPH AREA YMCA PRE/POST-NATAL FITNESS CLASSES


The Randolph Area YMCA invites you to come try out their prenatal and postnatal fitness classes. The classes are taught by Nikki Carter who is a NAFTA certified instructor. A doctor's waiver is required to participate. Classes begin the week of October 20th and runs through December 20th. Class times are Mondays from 6-6:45pm (1st trimester) and 7-7:45pm (2nd trimester), and Thursdays from 6-6:45pm (3rd trimester) and 7-7:45pm (postnatal). HOMETOWN HOMECARE HEALTH FAIR


Hometown Homecare will have a Health Fair at the Blackwater school on Tuesday October 21st from 9am-12pm. There will be blood pressure checks, arthritis exercise demos, living will help, toenail trims and more.

NEMO SENIOR EXPO


The Sixth Annual NEMO Senior Expo will be held Tuesday, October 21st at the Rehoboth Baptist Church in Kirksville. The free admission event will run from 11am-2pm. It is presented as a resource exposition and health fair for seniors, disabled adults, caregivers, and anyone who will soon be eligible for Medicare.

MACC HEALTH FAIR


MACC will have a health fair Wednesday, October 22nd from 10am-2pm at the Activity Center. The event is free and open to the public. Free blood pressure and blood sugar checks are available. Flu vaccines are $27 for the shot or $20 for the mist mist.

MT. ZION EAST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH LORD'S ACRE DINNER AND AUCTION


The Mt. Zion East United Methodist Church will hold a Lord's Acre Dinner and Auction at 11am on Saturday, October 25th. The turkey and ham dinner will include all the fixings and the auction gets underway at 1pm. The church is located at the intersection of Hwy KK and Nicollet Road in Macon County.

SMALL FARM TODAY SHOW


The 22nd Small Farm Today Show is at a new location this year, the Midwest Exchange Regional Stockyards in Mexico. CROSSROADS BAPTIST ASSOCIATION FEARLESS STUDENT MINISTRY NIGHT


The Crossroads Baptist Association is hosting "Fearless Student Ministry Night", a one night event for students in grades 6-12. The event will be at the Moberly Municipal Auditorium on October 26th. It gets underway at 6:30pm, and the doors will open at 6pm. Cost is a $2 donation at the door, and will feature hip-hop artist DaMac and a message from Josh Hedger.  For more information call (573) 825-7164.

RANDOLPH AREA YMCA KIDS NIGHT OUT


The Randolph Area YMCA invites you to drop off your kids for a night of swimming, games, and a lot of fun. Pizza will be provided by the YMCA. Kids Night Out will be the second Friday of each month from 6:30-9:30pm, September through  December. The cost is $15 per child and pre-registration is required. RANDOLPH AREA YMCA COMPETITIVE SWIM TEAM


The Randolph Area YMCA invites boys and girls 6-18 years old to come swim on their competitive swim team. They will be competing in many swim meets from October through February. Practices are held on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays from 6-7:30pm beginning Monday, September 29th. Children must be able to swim a full length of the pool (25 yards) unassisted. You can register at anytime throughout the season. The cost is $40 monthly for members and $50 for non-members, plus a one-time $25 swim meet fee per swimmer.
