"Guacamole Recipe"
4-7 avocados
2 cloves of garlic, minced
juice of a lime
salt and pepper to taste
1-2 white onions, finely chopped
Mix it all together, use fork or potato masher to keep chunks of avocado large.

request old fashioned chicken soup
"Chicken Noodle Soup"
1...3-to-3 and a 1/2 lb chicken
12 cups of water
5 tsp of chicken base
4 carrots pealed and sliced
3 ribs of celery
1 and 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
2 and 1/2 cups of bow tie noodles
Place chicken in a stock pot with water to cover and boil 35 to 40 minutes, until chicken is done. Discard water from pot, place 12 cups of water in pot, bring to a boil. Add chicken base, onions, carrots and celery, cook approx 15 to 20 minutes, and remove the chicken meat from the carcus discarding skin and bones. Add chicken meat to the vegetables, season with pepper. Add noodles and cook until noodles are tender.

"All Vegetable Casserole Dish"
15 oz bag of frozen vegetables (California blend, has broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
thaw, but don't cook
1 cup diced celery
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1 small to medium onion chopped
1 can of mushroom soup
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 can of drained sliced water chestnuts
2 sleeves of butter flavored crackers (or regular) and crush the crackers
1 stick of oleo, melted
Mix the mushroom soup and mayonnaise together, and add all the other ingredients except the crackers and oleo. Pour half the mixture into a 9-inch casserole dish, top with half cracker crumbs, top with rest of the mixture, top with cracker crumbs, drizzle the melted oleo on that, bake at 350, for about 30 minutes.

"Friendship Cake"
(first part) there will three parts
3/4 cup of drained can peaches (cut into little pieces)
3/4 cup of drained crushed pineapple
6 maraschino cherries, cut in half
add 1 and 1/2 cup sugar and one package of active dry yeast
combine all this in a gallon size jar, cover and leave at room temperature, stir it two times the first day, then stir once a day for 2 weeks. At the end of 2 weeks, will start with a 30-day mix.(to be continued)
